Time Out Dubai 20th May 2021: Fans of Café Isan (and we know there are many of you), it’s time to get excited – as the cute Thai spot has a new licensed pop-up for the summer in Dubai’s JLT.

The licensed restaurant will be slinging out all the tastiest Thai dishes you know and love (it is Time Out Dubai’s Best Thai Restaurant 2021 after all) – and this time it’s serving drinks too.
