Our family farms - Sopisai, Beung Kan, Pak Chong & Khorat, Nakhon Ratchasima - northeastern Thailand (Isan)
We have numerous organic farms and produce jasmine rice, sticky rice, coriander, lemongrass, durian, chillis, basil, mangoes, mangosteens, galangal, kaffir limes, tomatoes, neem, onions and even organic charcoal (biochar) - where Chef New learnt her art - literally from the ground up!
The family farms are managed by Chef New’s mum, brother, aunties, uncles and nephews.
