Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards 2022’s best Thai restaurant winner Café Isan has a new joint in town.

The Thai dining destination is getting ready to welcome guests in JVC’s Circle’s Mall from the evening of Friday January 20 and, as it’s one of our favourite casual dining places, we have already been down to the restaurant to scope it out.
